Vendor Documents with Expiration Tracking – Keep your vendor compliance documents organized and up to date.
You can now attach documents directly to vendors in OneCrew and set expiration dates on each one. OneCrew will flag documents that are approaching or past their expiration date, so you always know when a certificate of insurance, license, or other compliance document needs to be renewed before it becomes a problem on a job.
Mapping Multi-select + Improved Cut Tool – Shift + Click to select multiple map elements and Cut from outside elements.
We've added the ability to multi-select map elements using Shift + Click, making it faster to assign or delete multiple elements at once. We've also added a Patch tool, allowing you to place rectangles of fixed dimension, and we've improved the Cut and Split actions for Areas. You can now cut from outside an element's boundary to clean up edges and split an Area in two with a line.
Project Created and Updated Webhooks – Drive external automations from OneCrew project events.
OneCrew can now fire webhook events whenever a project is created or updated, letting you connect your external tools and drive automations from your project data. Each event includes a rich payload: project status, dates, cost and price, custom properties, account, contact, and more. Cost Rate Edit Tracking - Know when and where costs were changed before you sign off on anything
With the new Cost Rate Edit Tracking feature, OneCrew can show any cost rate that was manually adjusted from its templated value, and gives you a one-click action to restore the value back. We’ve also created a new Cost Rate Edits report in Analytics that shows every edited cost across all your projects in one place. Filter by date range, salesperson, or project manager to see which estimates deviated from your template, what the original rates were, and what they were changed to. Cost Rate Edit Tracking speeds up your estimate approval workflow and ensures consistency and profitability across Projects.
OneCrew Payments Updates - Get paid faster with OneCrew Payments
OneCrew customers using OC Payments to collect invoices online are getting paid 22 days faster on average than those using other methods, and they’re seeing a 2x early-payment rate. If you’re not already on OC Payments, there’s never been a better time to make the switch.
For those already collecting online, you now have more control over how your customers pay. With the new Configurable Payment Methods setting in Invoice Settings, you can restrict payments for web invoices to card only, ACH only, or keep both available. Self-enroll for OneCrew Payments from the Payments Settings page to save time chasing down payments, and get paid sooner.

You can finally sign your own Proposals within OneCrew. With the new Proposal Countersignature feature, gone are the days of printing out, signing, and scanning your Proposals. In addition, we’ve introduced optional automatic pre-sign and post-sign options, so it’s never been faster to get to a fully executed proposal. Whether you want your project salespeople, project managers, or a single representative at your company to be the signer, your signature will appear both in the OneCrew tenant, and on the Web Proposal view.
